Pianist
Saaya Matsumoto

Saaya was born in Miyakonojo, Japan in 1991, and began her piano studies at the age of three.
With her parents' love for music, she developed an interest in jazz by the age of 18 and moved to Fukuoka to pursue her studies.
Since then, she had been an active performer in the music scene of Fukuoka and other parts of Kyushu, playing with a variety of bands and musicians.
As the pianist of the big band "Advanced Music Gallery", she joined the vocalist and flugelhorn player TOKU in his recording of "Dear Mr. SINATORA" and his tour in 2015 and 2016.
In 2018, Saaya was slected as one of the seven pianists for the prestigious Seven Stars in Kyushu cruise train.
Saaya was also featured on a TV programme "1 minute for the future" in 2020.
Her debut album "Precious" was released in October 2022, showcasing her talents as both a composer and performer.
Saaya has relocated to London, United Kingdom in March 2023 to expand her musical horizons and share her passion for jazz with new audiences.

松元 沙綾

1991年生まれ、宮崎県都城市出身。
3歳よりピアノを始める。
音楽好きの両親の影響でジャンル問わず様々な音楽に触れ、18歳の頃ジャズに興味を持ち始める。
高校卒業と共にジャズの勉強をするべく福岡へ。福岡を中心に九州各地でライブ活動を行う。
ビックバンド"Advanced Music Gallery"のピアニストとしても在籍し、2015年、2016年にはボーカリスト&フリューゲルホルン奏者TOKU氏の"Dear Mr.SINATRA"へのレコーディング、そして九州ツアーにも参加。
2018年、クルーズトレイン"ななつ星 in 九州"の"ななにんのピアニスト"のひとりに選ばれる。
2020年、テレビ西日本「ミライへの1minute」にて特集される。
2022年10月 1st アルバム Precious 発売。
2023年 3月より活動の拠点をイギリスへ移す。
